We are aware of the current issues and the fact that the node is offline . This is not due to a technical mistake though but an administrative error on the hosters side .
The hoster accidently recreated an invoice for which we got refunded before . Now they suspended all services we have with them because we apparently have an outstanding invoice .
And even if we would like to pay the invoice just to restore services (which we actually shouldn’t) , their payment server errors out and doesn’t allow us to pay .
We made them aware of the issue so let’s wait until they solve it . (hopefully soon)
